It’s 100% natural and organic, sourced and made right here in New Zealand.

A. Absolutely! Our Discovery Chapter is designed especially for those new to intimate wellness; elegant, approachable, and easy to explore with confidence. If you’ve already dipped your toes in and are ready to go a little deeper, our Exploratory Chapter offers thoughtfully selected pieces for those with some experience or curiosity for more. Curated tips and guides are coming soon to support you at every stage of the journey!

A. Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on intimate products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please reach out to us within 7 days if your product has any issues, and we’ll make it right.

A. We recommend cleaning your toy before and after every use with warm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol base liquids and store your toy in its original packaging or a clean pouch to keep it safe, dry and dust-free.

A. Most of our products are rechargeable for both convenience and sustainability. Each toy comes with a USB charging cable, so you can enjoy uninterrupted pleasure without the hassle of replacing batteries. You’ll also find a QR code inside your packaging that links to clear charging instructions and helpful tips to keep your toy in top shape.

A. Not just yet. We currently ship New Zealand-wide only. But good news! We’re opening up shipping to Australia within the next month. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when we launch across the ditch.

A. Your privacy is our priority! Our website uses secure encryption to keep your data safe when you shop with us. We use Shopify, a trusted platform that follows strict security standards for handling payments and personal details. We only share your information with trusted partners who help us deliver your order, like payment processors and couriers only. We never sell your data or share it with marketers without your permission. You also have control over your personal data you can update, access, or request deletion of your info, and choose what marketing you receive.

A. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within New Zealand. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for all NZ orders. If you have any questions about your order or shipping, feel free to email us at info@apres.love

A. We choose body-safe, hypoallergenic materials to minimise risk. However, if you have known allergies, please check the product details or contact us for specific material info before purchasing. Your safety is our top priority.

A. For safety and shipping regulations, especially regarding lithium batteries, NZ Post requires that no more than two lithium battery-powered toys be shipped together in one package. So, if you order three or more toys, your order might arrive in multiple discreet packages to comply with these safety guidelines.

A. To safely dispose of used adult toys, first clean them thoroughly. Do not remove any batteries, especially if non-removable. Securely wrap the toy and, if battery terminals are exposed, cover them with non-conductive tape to prevent hazards. Use resources like WasteMINZ or RecycleMap to find nearby battery recycling facilities that accept small electronics. Avoid putting toys in regular rubbish bins, as this can cause life-threatening hazards and harm the environment.

A. The current batch has an expiry date until July 2027. However, for optimal hygiene and safety, we recommend using the lubricant within 1 year after opening.
